Interview
The interviewer was knowledgeable and on time. It was virtual and yet seemed very personable. The passion for children and learning was infectious throughout the entire process.
Interview went well, however I was was not offered a position because I was told I didn’t have enough experience even though I’ve worked with them previously and I had over 15 years substituting experience.
Went very well was virtual questions got the email the next day that i had just applied. I then made the onkine interview then like by 1 week i got called back to see if i was intrested and when was i able to start working.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.
