An external recruiter contacted me on October 30th, kicking off a thorough interview process. I had an initial meeting with the COO in mid-November, which led to submitting a prompted presentation. From there, I progressed to a panel interview with four members of the leadership team and completed a Culture Index assessment shortly after. Throughout the nearly two-month process, I received positive feedback and was told I was a strong candidate. Unfortunately, two weeks after the panel interview, I was informed that they had decided not to move forward with my application. While I ultimately didn’t get the role, I appreciated how professional and communicative the team was. It was a great learning experience, and I left with a lot of respect for the company and its people.
