They asked me if I had any experience with teaching and the things I would do to make a difference in the classroom. They then give you the run down on how they operate and the rules they follow as well.
The interview process is a friendly zoom conversation with one of their hiring team. I really liked the interviewer and the position. I declined the job offer however because the company charges a finders fee to school districts a substitute may choose to work for. This is a horrible barrier to other employment that lasts at least 12 months.

Simple, it was an online interview where you record your answers. It gives 30 seconds of think time for you to craft your answer. It was about 8 questions, the interview is about 15 minutes.

Seamless and quick interview process and onboarding. Only two interviews, offer was given during the second interview. Questions were simple and easy to answer. Super friendly staff. Clear and straightforward process.
