The interview was longer, about an hour; however, I felt very welcomed and as if they wanted to really get to know my character. I took a personality test at the end of the interview. Ended up getting an offer and scheduled a background check and drug test. Waiting to hear back on the next steps. They said it could take up to 3 weeks.

A [hone interview followed by an on site interview with the head sales manager. Location is easy to find. They give you a tour of the whole building and offer a sales ride along if they are strongly considering you. I felt welcomed and met a few strong minded people that seemed willing to go the extra mile in their job. If you have a passion for Sales, this would be a great company to start.
