Phone interview.
In-person interview with two managers. Basic questions about personality, schedule availability, etc. Then, a one page basic technical aptitude assessment. Aim for a perfect score, as the test is very basic. Anything less probably means you don't have a basic grasp of tech, and therefore aren't fit for the job.
