Applied via website. Got a call back 5 days later. Interviewed via phone call then passed to hiring manager. It's pretty easy if you get along with the people there. Bring up interesting projects as it's not as serious as most people think. As long as you can explain yourself. This is assuming your projects were impressive.

4 rounds, Human resources (quick online meeting) - portfolio showcase and walkthrough (in person) - design challenge - final interview with a design lead/someone in a senior position, only made it to first round.
It was smooth with a recruiter and it consists of 4 rounds with a take home design task and present it at the headquarter office, typical design interview process. Very visual driven

First roudn was quick with HR/Recruitment. They asked me about what drew me to design and also their company. What I am looking for in terms of salary and what do I like to do outside of work as a person.
