I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a first round interview. The interview went really well, and at the end they hinted that they would get back to me for the second round. 1 week later, I get a generic rejection email. I asked for feedback but they just ghosted me. Super responsive in the beginning for the 1st round but then they just disappeared. Highly unprofessional and badly organized recruiting system with no respect for candidate's time.
The interview process consisted of a screening video call, in-person behavioural / technical, and case interview. The case portion is 3 hours, and you are required to present your findings at the office the next day
