I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Korn Ferry in Sep 2017
Interview
This is reviewing the Hay Group that is apart of the Korn Ferry umbrella. The process was very rushed and poorly executed. They literally said they had their decision made but wanted to checkout a few more candidates to make sure they were confident in their decision. I never received communication post interview- since it has been nearly a month I can only assume they went a different route, lucky for me. However, I would expect more from a company hosting prospecting employees.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2022
Interview
First interview with the recruiter/hr over the phone. They give tips to prepare for next process. Second interview with managers. The recruiter then sends you assessments if they want to proceed. Third video interview is with director.
