30 minute screening call with a recruiter who then quickly arranged a 2nd interview with the hiring manager which was around 45 mins. Then I was asked for my availability for a final interview which I provided. After this, I was ghosted by the recruiter. Very unprofessional, especially for a recruitment company you wonder what type of service they provide to clients when they clearly can't even manage their own internal hiring processes
