I found the recruiting process at Korn Ferry to be quite disorganized. Recruiters often ghosted me and would suddenly reach out about processes I had already participated in, only to disappear again without any follow-up. It was frustrating and unprofessional to be left in the dark after investing time and effort into their hiring processes.
