The process was smooth and easy. The interview was average and comfortable. The internal recruiter was very personable and provided enough information to prepare for the interview with the PD. Despite my questions regarding the project and its timeline, the PD failed to tell me that the project was failing and could result in the loss of a client. What were they doing for 9 months while the client was paying the fee? Just a very poor managed project which seemed to be the norm for that office.
