I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I interviewed for two HR positions in the spring on 2016. There was a screening interview with the recruiter and two rounds of in person interviews. One of the managers that interviewed me asked if I was married or had children. I did not receive a job offer.
Couple of interview rounds, very simple and STAR based questions. But last round ended with someone saying she was the “tough” interviewer and asked non-related questions about how I would balance a scale using marbles? A lot of cliche and unhelpful questions just to throw the candidate off base.
