One phone interview with HR and then was invited a few days after for the in-person interview with two senior managers. On the day of the interview only one manager was available to interview. The interview was very informal and relaxed. Only a few questions were asked. I believe I was disadvantaged in terms of candidate choice because I was unable to meet with the second manager (Since both of them have a say in who gets hired).
