I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Apr 2020
Interview
The interviewer was not willing to listen, interrupted more than once, the whole phone all lasted 7 minutes which is not nearly enough to have a sound perception about a candidate. Being a recruiter myself, the phone interview couldn’t be worse, and the whole experience was really negative and frustrating from a reputable company as Kraft Heinz.
Intro call (recruiter cancelled call 30 min. before scheduled chat..- I offered to reschedule) + Assessment from Corn Ferry (done before call)

Messaged for followup on reasoning.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Amsterdam) in Jun 2020
Interview
First, I received an e-mail with the notification is was selected to complete an online assessment. After that, I received a message that the test was sufficient, and a phone interview was scheduled with the recruiter. After that, I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager and the dotted-line manager. I also had separate interviews via Teams with the Managing Director, HR manager and Zone HR Manager. After that, I was called with the job offer! This whole process was during Covid19 and took about 1 month in total (from assessment to offer).
