I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Aug 2020
Interview
Steps:
- Junior HR on the phone, 30 mins, just to get to know each others
- 3 test online, logic, math and another one i forgot. Score in percentile. You need to pass with good grades at least 2/3.
- Senior HR of the business cluster + Head of Marketing of the business cluster. Almost based on problem solving questions, hypothetical situations. They give you very little to work with, you need to come up with both problems and solutions.
- Head of Sales of the business cluster + General Manager of the business cluster. Interview 50% on your career path, 50% problem solving as the earlier step.
They made me wait over a month after the last interview.
I had to email 4 times the Junior HR, 1 time the head of marketing and 1 time the General manager. The day after I emailed the general manager they called at 8.30 in the morning to tell me I was not selected because "they had doubts on my seniority" and to apologyse for being late.
