articulated interview system: first step is a pre-registered interview. Second step a one-on-one interview with a former Trainee, Third step is another one-on-one interview with a mid-senior employer. Eventually the last step, which is a business game very articulated as well: there are 40ish candidates, you have a couple round of interviews with employees and HR managers, then a very funny and interesting business game where you are divided by group and solve puzzles. Overall Great experience but it took almost 3 months! I didn't get an offer and the worst thing is that they don't give you a feedback, just a cold email to tell you that you're not part of the program anymore.
