After applying, I got an invite about 2 weeks later to record a video interview with 10 questions. A week after that I got an email to schedule 2 more interviews with HR and former trainee. A few weeks after I got an invitation to the final round of interviews. I also had to complete an independent assignment which was making a video of process improvement. Be prepared for behavioral questions

What is your biggest regret in life? Tell me about a time you had a conflict with someone and how you resolved it. Name a time when you had to explain technical information to someone with no technical knowledge
Very comprehensive, took the pymetrics test and learnt a lot about myself through the tests as well. Unfortunately did not make it past the first stage but definitely appreciated the opportunity.
