      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015

      Interview

All applicants are provided personality and pattern tests. After completing the tests, you may hear back in a few days over whether or not you made it to interviews. First round consisted of a ten minute phone interview with basic behavioral questions. In my case, I was immediately accepted for the next round after my first interview. Second rounds consist of a Skype interview with HR (or in my case, another phone interview as Skype malfunctioned), also behavioral, but 30 minutes long. I was immediately asked to move to the final round, where I and other candidates were flown to HQ to provide 3 minute presentations selling ourselves. The rest of the office day consisted of panels and meeting different people in sales management roles.
