HR phone screen, panel of hiring manager and peers. Straightforward discussion of CPG development and commercialization. Since they were seeking to fill multiples of this position, the "hiring manager" I interviewed with would have been different than the person I'd actually report to. Team was very open to answer questions and make an effort for me to understand role. Seems like a great team to be a part of with great resources, though fast paced. Ultimately declined offer because it wasn't best fit for self/spouse next career steps.
