Compared to other tech interview processes I thought it was straightforward: a brief phone screen, take-home exam, technical interview (1 hour, largely of the take-home) and behavioural interview (another hour).

Interview process takes weeks even more than a month. First of all you should complete hr questions step and coding challenge. After completing the challenge successfully you should attend a white board session. Scenario was not clear. According the briefing there is no specific solution for the given scenario but actually they expect some specific solution.

Lengthy 4-hour take-home, building a very simple app with Django/Python. Vague negative feedback, stiff & cranky interviewers. The project was easy, albeit lengthy, it makes me think they hired internally.
