Went Great. talk to you and ask you questions and you answer them and then they hire you pretty quickly. Fast and easy and willing to work with your schedule restrictions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (College Station, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
I applied online and got the call for an interview about five days later at around 4pm. I was fairly nervous and prepared a lot ahead of time, but the interview was so easy that I felt a little over prepared. The HR basically just went over the jobs she had available, told me a little about each of them, and gave me the opportunity to pick which I'd be most interested in. Then she had me fill out a little paper work, gave me the oral drug test and told me she'd be in touch when the results came in. Easily the easiest interview I've ever had.
