Applied online. Got a phone call a few days later. Got asked a few questions about why I wanted to work at Kroger. Then I was scheduled for an interview. I went in, met another guy who was also going to be interviewed (They have group interviews), and basically got hired on the spot after filling out paperwork, determining when I was available to work. Looking back, I'm sure they were pretty short-handed and needed as many people possible. In the end, I never got the Drug/GM Clerk position. I got transferred to Produce Clerk after meeting the Store Manager.
Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.

Interview
Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
group interview of about 5-8 people. Later each individual talks to hiring manager about the salary. The hiring manager tells them if the position is still available and you can negotiate with her.
