Situational questions were asked for me to answer. They ranged from easy to difficult. They were pretty standard with types of questions one might find on the Internet. There were no open ended questions posed so there was no opportunity to sell oneself. It would be easy for a person of low integrity to fool the interviewers into making themselves look good. I was honest and forthright. I could have lied about some things and they never would have known.
