Interview
easy. They ask very basic questions just to get to know you and get a feel for what you'd be able to do at their store. I feel the process is more of a time to just get to know you more than a skills challenge.

The interview wasn't stressful, it was pretty laid back. It consisted of behavioral questions, nothing more.
Just relax, try to come off as friendly, make eye contact. Basic social skills stuff and you'll be fine.

This was over twenty years ago I talked to the manager for about 10 minutes and started working the next day. Far more complicated these days. Feel sorry for people applying at Kroger these days
