Interview
One phone interview with the division recruiter, then one interview in person with same recruiter, then one interview in person with district HR manager. The overall process took around 3-4 weeks, then another week or so before I received a job offer.

Tell me about a time you were placed in charge of a change or rollout in policy.
Terrible I don’t recommend working for this chain ever terrible work, life, balance, underpaid. Your opinions don’t matter . Managers just don’t want to listen. I don’t recommend this. Simple job though.
Great company to work for. Great bennifits. And great leaders. The training is 3 weeks, currently still in training. Then once you pass you will.go to nother store. A lot of great knowledge is thrown at you.

Tell me.about yourself? They ask for previous experience in handling situations.
Very long and drawn out. Doesn't stay focused on job. Needs a better job interview process . It's a very complicated process and takes WEEKS. I would not want to go through this process again
