Easy interview with a kind woman. Asked the basic questions regarding previous customer service experience. Asked me to give her an example of a positive experience I'd had as a customer where I received "exceptional customer service". Many positions open in multiple departments at the store. The Starbucks, cashier positions and in the dairy department.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
