Applied on line at http://jobs.kroger.com. 48 hours later, I received an email asking me to call for a phone screen. After the positive phone screen, I was offered an in-person interview at the store. I assumed it would be with a pharmacist, but was actually with the store recruiter. Interview lasted 20 minutes at the end of which I was offered the position. Interestingly, it was not a behavioral interview as they didn't want examples, just "how would you. . ." questions.
