I applied online. I interviewed at Kroger (Dalton, GA) in Jul 2017
Interview
About a week after applying online, I received an email informing me to call a phone number within 48 hours if I was still interested in the position. After giving them a reference number, a was casually asked 3 questions before being scheduled for a group interview the next week. The group interview was mainly information about the company, the jobs available, and the importance of customer service. It took about an hour and a half, everyone got called for one-on-one interviews the next day. Only took about 15 to 20 minutes. Still waiting to hear back. I was told it would be in a few more days. If I get a position, the previous email following the phone interview informed me I will need to submit to a drug test and a background check. Overall a fairly easy interview process. Everyone was pretty friendly and made me feel relatively at ease.
