I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was straight forward, It was a group interview and they asked maybe 2 questions per person, it took almost 2 weeks to hear back after the interview. They need to stick to there word and not sugarcoat the job description. Tell people from the start what they will be doing and what hours they will be working.
