The process was somewhat unorganized. A standard HR phone screen was the first step with typical behavioral questions. There was then a phone screen with the hiring managers. This was more of a discussion about the role. The final step was an on-site interview with several members of the team. Everyone was very friendly and happy in their roles, but a bit overwhelmed with workload. There was a lot of restructuring and change going on within the department. It seemed no one was exactly sure what the person in the role would be doing, as I received differing information from different people.
