Interview
When first coming in, we went over the decription of the job and what your title would be. The whole process was comfortable and not intimidating. At the hiring/interview process we went through the different systems we would be using and met everyone on the floor. When sitting with a trainer I felt welcome and not like an intruder.

Only one interview it was a quick under 30 minutes in person interview. Asked about availability, ability to work with kids, and a couple of skill related questions.
