Interview
I applied online to Kwiktrip and was contacted by Stacey who set up an interview. The interview was very professional and yet casual so that I could talk easily and not be intimidated by the interview process. Everyone that I spoke with at Kwik Trip were professional and very people oriented. I received an email asking for more information but I had trouble retrieving it. That was the only downfall to the interview process. Other than that it was definitely a good experience.

Have you ever had to make a decision where you didn't have all the information you needed to make a decision?
Tons of "what would you do" questions and no way if telling how its going, they just say the store should be in touch. Be careful of the store you choose cause you can't transfer

Interview
Very simple interview process, straight forward. You simply go in tell them a little about yourself and then they ask you some questions from a sheet they have and they read you a bunch of things and that its if they talk about a drug test you're hired.

Was sent through 2 rounds of interviews with different managers before hiring. Fairly standard questions. They are pretty open to hiring most people since the store is constantly understaffed. They are surprisingly strict, however, I've met many people who choose to interview, but never hear back.
