To be eligible for interview you need to clear Cognify and general English test. As the test is quite easy you can easily qualify for the interview. Usually after 3 days of shortlisting, you will recieve your interview link. Interview was sort of technical + HR as it started with my project and later on progressed with some general hr questions like work culture and relocation policy.

Question 1
Questions were quite easy to handle as Kyndryl came to our college to hire for Associate Technical Engineer. Interview started with discussion on my project and later on they proceeded with internship experience and lessons from it. Finally they asked me if I am comfortable with Onsite and relocation policy and some questions regarding work culture.

English vocabulary test in the first round . Not so difficult. Just need to be quick and fast . And also correct. The first round is divided into 3 rounds. Speling , meaning , and appropriate words

Choose the correct spelling and choose the appropriate word for near . Stuff like that
There will be three rounds
1.English proficiency test (if selected) total exam time is
13 minutes
In this first fluency check we have to fill the blank with correct word,next similar meaning words,last spellcheck.
The things will be easy if we know this and practice some English synonyms etc.

I was not avare of the rounds prior .
I did not get qualified for 2nd round
There are negative marks , if we don't know the answer there will be a skip question , how many questions possible that many we can answer in the time limit
