I applied for the PM role. I got cognitivity test link and made this test. In 3 days I got the call and was asked several questions: when are you ready to start, what is your qualification and salary expectation... After 3 months of silence I got unexpected call starting with "Hello, you have applied to PM role..." I had to ask "Where and who is calling", because HR event did not introduce the company, moreover I already have forgot about my application since a long time had past. Then again similar questions started as previously. HR tald me that they call in 2 weeks. But 2 days after that call I got mail "Thank you for your interest. We regret to inform you that your application will not be further considered for this role." But even the role name in that mail was differen from what I had applied. No more comments🤦♂️.

La entrevista se hizo muy amena y muy fluida
I had a great experience during the interview process for the project management position at Kyndryl. The interviewers were friendly, and the interview itself went smoothly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up after the interview. Despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter, I didn’t receive any updates on the result.
It would have been nice to receive at least a brief update, even if the decision was to move forward with another candidate. Clear communication, especially after the interview, is something that could greatly improve the candidate experience.
