I only received the first round interview with the recruiter. She initially called me by my new name (different than legal), but they proceeded to misgender and dead name me the rest of the interview. After not having a good experience with her, I pointed out that wasn't my name (I normally don't but it was a lot). She indicated I would hear about next steps a week later and was ghosted. If this a representation of their supposedly inclusive company, I would say RUN away.
