I had 2 interviews with the main people I would be working with. Interviews were over teams. They described the position and it matched my background. The second round was tougher than the first interview this was more about the why and what I knew about Kyndryl. In the first interview they wanted to know my credentials and background to make sure it matched what they were looking for.
