Initial HR interview went well, they seemed really excited about the prospect of working together. Invited immediately for a second round of interviews with an HR manager and a senior consultant. The mood of the interview was somewhat relaxed at first in a corporate cringy. It started in one language, and switched to another in the middle of the interview. First question is why someone with as much technical experience as myself would want to switch to consulting. The rest of questions were all over the place but not technical at all. At a certain point, it became on a monologue by one of them on why technical experience is not really relevant for consulting.

Applied online and received an email from the HR partner to schedule a screening call. Straightforward call with questions on my knowledge of Kyndryl and salary expectations. Week later had first video interview with manager based on my experience, skills and competencies. Really fast process as had face-to-face interview in office by next week. 2 interviewers this time and again on experience, skills and some cultural fit questions too. Both interviews lasted about an hour. Received offer soon after. Really good process and really enjoyed the interviews.
