The interview took literally all day, I walked into a room full of people at 8 am and I didnt leave until 4pm. I was given a brief overview of a problem to solve and what other people do then was told you have until lunch to design a completely new product. Wasnt given much direction and was told to work with the ID guy to come up with sketches then pick the best design and present it to a senior engineer and pm. After that we went to lunch and came back where I had 3 more 1 on 1 interviews with various people. After those three people was a plant tour, sitting down with the manager and leaving for the day.
