I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L. B. Foster (Hillsboro, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
Step 1: Meet with management. Step 2: Take a couple aptitude, safety and tape measure tests. Step 3: Drug Test. Step 4: (assuming a person passed the previously mentioned tests) Second Interview. Step 5: Job Offer. Pretty easy 2 day process for me. The only reason I wasn't offered a job same day was waiting for the results of the drug test.
