I found the interview process efficient and thorough though incredibly laid back. Everyone I encountered throughout the building was cheerful, pleasant and helpful. The person who interviewed me was very down to earth yet still professional. She managed to make me feel at ease and this was my first interview in about 20 years. So that's pretty great. I commend her for that.
