Very friendly and approachable interviewers that wanted to get to know you as a person and your experiences in retail. They also want to know what you like to do in your free time relating to the outdoors. As a company that wants their customers to get outside, they want their employees to do the same.

Interview
Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
This was during the pandemic but they conducted zoom interviews asking basic questions such as reason for your interest in the position , previous work experience, and comfort level engaging in customer service
