Short and quick to the point. They wasted no time and focused on explaining the roles and just wanted to confirm that I would show up. Was very candid and personal with a manager that tried to be as personable as possible.

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
This was during the pandemic but they conducted zoom interviews asking basic questions such as reason for your interest in the position , previous work experience, and comfort level engaging in customer service
