I applied online. I interviewed at L.L. Bean (Worcester, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Group Zoom meeting included other candidates for the position and 2 managers. This process was the strangest interview and initially confusing for many participants. Prior to the Zoom it was not announced that it would be a group meeting with questions posed to all candidates in a rotational fashion.

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
