First round: HR screening to determine organizational fit, and then specifically which department would best suit me. "Do you (the applicant) fit our culture here at L.L.Bean?"
Second round: Interview with part of the team in the functional area I was applying to. "Would you work well with the people you will be dealing with on a regular basis?"

Had a fantastic interview with HR in early January and was told I would be moving on to the next stage in a little over a couple weeks. Two months and multiple check-up emails later, I received no contact from any in the specific department or HR. Enjoyed the interview experience, but was disappointed in the ghosting.
The interviews were great. I connected with a recruiter and feel like I developed a friendship and connection. Hiring managers were super nice and helpful on job overviews. I felt like I was listened to and appreciated.
