The interview process was pretty straightforward. The manager was really cool and it felt like just having a conversation to get to know each other. She was personable and calm. She just asked basic questions about your experiences and your moments of accomplishments.

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
