I went through a comprehensive application process which began with submitting my CV and a tailored cover letter. After that, I was invited to an Assessment Centre. The day included several stages: starting with informal conversations with other candidates, followed by a group work exercise where we collaborated on a business scenario. I also delivered a presentation, based on a case study provided in advance, which focused on proposing a relaunch strategy for a new target audience. The day concluded with a formal interview.
