I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, multiple steps of interviews and meetings that gave me a better knowledge of the culture and business model of the organization. There were steps in the process which took longer than others but ultimately it all worked out for the best.
I met with HR twice and then the department head once. It was interesting to see that HR shared that I was a fit but the department head shared my experience was not at all what they were expecting. It was a great learning opportunity to go through the interview process here for Armani Beauty but definitely felt like they were going through the motions of interviewing while planning to hire internally (which they ultimately ended up doing).
