The first stage is digital interview. We have to answer 3 questions. It should take you approximately 30-45 minutes to complete the interview. There's no time limit to answer the question, you can log-in and come back at anytime.

Tell us about a time when you have failed or made a mistake! What happened? What did you learn from this experience?
It was an mid level manager interview. I presented case study about dermatological beauty market. The case is not hard and it is given 1 day for the research. Presenting was fun and I was sure it was successful. Even if I was happy with my progress and happy with their reaction, they didn’t offer weirdly.

First, you have to submit a 1-minute self-introduction video then you will proceed to an assessment center.
There are presentations, mini-game and board interviews in the assessment center. The assessment center took almost 4hours.
