L3Harris Commodity Manager interview questions

4 separate interviews. Everyone was nice. Posting showed 90K to 149K and was offered $115K. Pointed out what average professionals make in this field and was told they would not change their offer. Hiring manager was very nice and I truly wanted to work something out, but HR would not budge. Told me the pay range went up into the $140's as that is what they pay people in NY, even though this was a remote position. Also, I thought it was odd that L3 offers 0% match 401K match the first year while competitors offer 7-10%.
