The interview was during COVID, no in person. Interview was thru Zoom. The hiring manager interviewed first with usual questions, it was easy following, followed by HR Business Partner who gave me some situations and how I would handle it. She then went over the benefit thoroughly and told me they would have a meeting Monday to discuss and let me know. Sure enough, I received a call from the recruiter asking if I was interested. To which I said yes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L3Harris
Interview
I interviewed for one position initially. Then when thinking I would have a follow up interview, the recruiter gave me a new job title and description. So it made that second interviews very confusing. This was a recruiter issue. The actual interviews went well. It just got very confusing with the second interview.

How does your past experience at “insert job title” transfer to the needs here?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L3Harris in Mar 2021
Interview
My interview was during COVID so it was virtual interview (and occurred towards the end of the work week). My manager interviewed first and was very laid back and easy going interview. After hiring manager interviewed then HR asked your basic behavioral and give me an example of when you were in a stressful situation and how you handled it. Those types of questions and then a very thoroughness of benefits. She covered everything. HR told me they would make a decision the following Monday and I would be made aware. Sure enough, I received a call from recruiting and asked if I was still interested in the position to which I said yes. The recruiter went back they got all the approvals for the salary I was asking and then I was hired. The entire process was simple and smooth. I would say the entire process for me took about 1 week.
